I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, as it was close to the center of the city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Additionally, I enjoyed the breakfast provided daily.

The hotel is located in a great spot, close to the city center and other attractions, with easy access to transport facilities. the room was spacious, comfortable, and well-decorated with traditional Moroccan touches. the service was excellent, with friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel at home. the breakfast was also varied and tasty, offering a wide range of options to choose from. the hotel had a beautiful terrace with spectacular views of the city.
There was an issue with the address provided, which made it difficult to locate the hotel upon arrival.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, situated right in the heart of the old medina and just a stone's throw away from the city center. The hotel is tucked away on a different alley, providing a sense of tranquility amidst the bustling city.

We were welcomed warmly with tea and upgraded to a bigger room. Fantastic room with traditional decoration. Comfortable bed and nice balcony with Medina views. Excellent food, romantic atmosphere, and great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff, especially a man who made our stay memorable.

Had a decent Christmas meal with good music. It's located in a quiet area of the city, which was a relief from the hustle of the city. The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly.
The WiFi was not reliable and would only work close to the lobby. The heater in the room was not very effective, which made it cold overnight.
